How can I pay?

There are a number of methods you can use to pay for the titles that you order:

1. Pay with a credit card at the PayPal site (this option will appear at checkout) learn about PayPal
2. Pay with a credit card by faxing the details through to us on 02 9818 3158 (anytime) (use the offline method at the checkout)
3. Pay on invoice. This method is only available to account customers. Use the offline method at the checkout

At what point is my credit card charged ?

When using the PayPal system your credit card is charged immediately ( you will receive a confirmation from PayPay) If faxing or phoning your credit card details through to us, you will be charged when the goods are shipped. If you have pre-orders mixed with current stock the current stock will be shipped first and only that amount charged. When the pre-orders arrive you will be charged when they are shipped.

Where can I Login ?

If you have ordered from The Video Shift before you would have chosen a login name and password, just click 'My Account' at the top, to check on your order, change password etc. If you haven't ordered before you will be asked to chose a login name (email address) and password after you have added and item to your cart and are proceeding to the checkout.

How do I order something ?

You can either use the 'browse categories' button on the left to display different categories, click on the category, this will display the items in that category. Then click on the item this will display the item page with all its details. At the bottom of this page is an 'add' option, if you would like to order it then click the button and add it to your cart (you can always un add it later). You can also use the 'Search Title' option by entering the title you are wanting in the text box on the left. This will display a list of titles with your text somewhere in the title. Click on the title, to display the item page, at the bottom is the 'add' button, click this to add your selection.

Where's the freight option ?

You can view the freight option by clicking the 'shipping' link at the top. (note 1 vhs weight =2 dvds) you'll know what this means when you get there.

Are my details private

Yes, your details will never be used for any purpose other than to supply you with the items you have ordered in a timely manner. No email lists are ever sold or used for marketing purposes.
